A Passion for African Forests

The devision bois is organized by Patrick LOUVIGNY, who has always been passionate about wood.
His adventure began over 30 years ago on African soil, meeting the local people.
African forests hold no secrets for him.

Thanks to these decades spent on the ground, he has been able to really appreciate the unsuspected riches that Africa has held for so long.
His role is to try and re-establish a balance between forests that have been so badly exploited, even destroyed – a real mess.
It’s very rare to come across a European in the field.
